Refunds
Parchai sells digital credits. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
- Trial purchases are non-refundable once paid and the credit has been added.
- Credits used for a finished, downloaded design are non-refundable.
- Unused credits are non-refundable, unless required by law or approved by us.
- If a design fails because of a fault on our side, the credit is returned automatically or we help you create it again.
- Duplicate payments, unauthorised transactions and other exceptional cases are reviewed under the applicable law and our payment provider’s rules. Contact us within 7 days.
Credit expiry
Credits are valid for 30 days from purchase. Expired credits cannot be used or refunded.
File retention
- A finished design can be downloaded for 5 working days after it is created. Sundays and listed public holidays are not counted.
- The exact expiry date and time are shown in My designs and in the email.
- After expiry the file, its preview and any temporary files are permanently deleted. The download link stops working and the file cannot be recovered.
- If you never download a design, its credit is returned when the file expires (if the credit itself is still valid).
- Please download and save your files on your own computer.
